Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki & His Years of Pilgrimage: An other book review...sorry!

Hey guys!
So i know there have been a lot of reviews lately, but honestly i promise i'll think of more creative ideas for this book blog!
For now, let's talk about Tazaki-san.
This book.
It's the first book by Murakami i ever read, and i must say it's like no book i've ever read.
Philosophical books tend to have a slow pace, and to bore me. ( Paulo Coelho ugh) but this book? This book is gold.
First , it's not young adult, as it has pretty concrete erotic scenes in there, which i gladly skipped, but while reading it, you feel like you're very intrigued by the characer, also kind of annoyed by it, intimidated. Why is he passive ? What is going on inside his head? Then along with the story, as you get into it and take a closer look on the character.....you still feel bad about him.
I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but the passages that talk about one's self and one's deepest desires kind of make you feel good when you read the book, like you're reading about a distant version of yourself.
Now i'm not saying it'll apply to all of you out there, i'm just saying that Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki & His Years of Pilgrimage is a life lesson that's worth reading. It certainly taught me a lot of things. ( and also reminded me of an anime movie recently released...Koe No Katachi )

I bought this book in a hurry, but i'm glad as heck that my money didn't go to waste, because this book was good enough, & worth reading.

🐰.
