Miss Peregrine's home for Peculiar Children: my first book review!

So i've finished Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children and i've thought of making it as my first review on this new blog!
This book was...wonderful.

It made me dream, it made me feel like i was a little girl again, waiting for my mum's bed stories , only this story is much better. This story takes you through this long journey with the heroes ( that are by the way so lovable! ) and next thing you know, you're no longer in the real world, you're with them. You might say:dude it happens with every book! But this one is different.  It's got pictures! Now you gotta tell me 'really now? Pictures ? Fairy tales and pictures now ?'
Well, you see, maybe some of you know this about the book, but the author has collected some interesting real life photographs and included inside the story , so that everything felt real like this book was notes from one of the characters after their adventure, and that everything was real.

The book talks about Jacob, a boy who has always looked up to his grandfather's extraordinary stories when he was little , but as he grew up , he began to cease believing in them, thinking they are mere children stories.
One day, his life changed forever, and he came to think his grandfather's stories weren't as false as he thought they were.

It's the kind of book that won't let you pause, a page turner, and there's something special about it. I don't know what it is, but it attracted me and i sure am going to read the 2 remaining book of the series.

& for those who didn't know about the book & its movie: DON'T WATCH THE MOVIE IT SUCKS.
