Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 150 ml Milk
- Sucre Vanilla
- 125 g All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp White Sugar
- Butter/oil to put on the pan
How to:
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl : flour, baking powder, sugar and the sugar vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk the 2 Egg yolks while adding the milk. (after separating them from the egg whites), then add that to the dry ingredients and mix.
- Beat the Egg whites until they form soft peaks (without adding a pinch of salt, they'll never turn out the way you want them)
- Add while whisking the beaten egg whites into your mixture.
- Put butter/oil onto a pan, scope some of the mixture (ice cream scope or a regular soup spoon will do) then put it on the pan, wait until tiny bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then with a flat spoon, flip it and wait for the other side to be cooked.
- Repeat num. 5
- Put the pancakes in a tower and add your favourite topping!
