Ingredients:
- 3 Eggs
- 120g White Sugar
- 130g Butter
- 100g Flour
- 2 tablets of black chocolate to be melted
- 2 pinches of Cinnamon
How to:
- Heat the oven at 180°C
- Melt the chocolate
- Mix the sugar and the eggs
- Add the melted butter, the flour, the chocolate then the cinnamon
- Whisk everything
- Put the mixture in a cooking bowl (before spreading butter all over it so that the dough doesn't get too sticky when removed)
- Put in the oven and bake in low temperature (180°C)
- Let the brownies cool down then cut them and bon appétit!
