Ingredients:
*100g Oats
*150g whole wheat flour
*1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
*Pinch of salt
*50g Butter

*1 large egg
*1 teaspoon vanilla extract
*8 tbsp honey
*60g chocolate chips (or as much as you like)
*Raisins (as much as you like)
You can add walnuts, almonds, anything you like!

How to:
*In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: oats, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
* In another bowl, mix the egg, butter (cooled) , vanilla extract, honey
* add the dry ingredients gradually until you get a very sticky dough
*add the raisins and the chocolate chips
*Put the dough into refrigerator for 30 min up to 3 days ( but i'm an impatient person, so 30 min is enough!)
* Get the dough out, you will have now a very solid dough in contrast with bits state before cooling down, meddle with it with your fingers until you can shape the dough easily
* cover a pan with parchment paper and shape the dough into small circles, put on pan, make sure the distance between each cookie is 2 cm at least
*cook for 10 min
